Champions of Equality

The Champions of Equality are those individuals who have shown extraordinary service to the LGBTQIA community, and have been strong supporters of the HPA.  The honorees today were carefully selected through a nomination process.  Names were presented to the HPA in November and December. The nominations were made in January and the official vote was made in March. Each honoree was selected based on what they have selflessly given to the HPA or to the LGBT community.  Our honorees were notified in April.
