The Hawthorne Pride Alliance Foundation scholarship is awarded to a graduating high senior, or a student currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution, who plan to continue on with post-secondary studies in the future. Proof of enrollment is required. The winner  of the scholarship  must have  a strong desire and influence on inclusion with the LGBTQ community.  The winner of the scholarship is chosen regardless of their sexual orientation or gender expression. The purpose of the scholarship to encourage further education as well as support an individual who is committed to inclusivity of all people.  A scholarship Committee determines the winner of the scholarship.
